WTB E92 Rear Bumper Cover 328i 4dr

Looking for a rear bumper cover that I can have sprayed for my friend's 328i. She had a little proximity issue while backing up.

And any suggestions for a decent paint/body shop near Westminster MD.

I'd like to ship it to them, have it sprayed and then drop the car off overnight to have it mounted.
