did you follow the setup instructions? can you ping the different devices? I suppose it si a network IP setup problem

yes i follow it but still cannot see the real head (ops head) .

and if its network ip problem can you till me how to correct it.

I am not so expert. You need to:
1. adjust your ediabas.ini with the correct interface options;
2. your network.
I am using a simple USB VAG KKL cable so i Can't help with the real ops head

For a real yellow head, all processes must be set to run and Softing should be used as the translator, you then need to set the head up via the Administration tab.
