5/92 325is fuel hose replacement at tank, what's the best way?

I'm on my second round of replacing the fuel lines at the tank. My first shot only lasted ~3 years and was intended to be temporary... but I forgot:rolleyes

From what I recall, there are no new OEM type replacements available. What is my next best option?

Also, what about hose clamps? Anyone have a good source for EFI high pressure clamps?
