Well my custom 3" was just finished up, but unknowingly the O2's were welded BEFORE the cat rather than AFTER the cat. Will this cause clogging already (~200mi driven) of my brand new cat?

i figure no.. the more the O2 sensor picks up means it'll lean out the mixture, thus causing less clogging, correct?

fixing it tomorrow, lol. just want to make sure

It won't cause clogging, but it may cause a CEL. You have 4 O2 sensors, two at the exhaust manifold that are the feedback for the fuel injection system, and two that are supposed to be aft of the catalytic convertor that monitor it's health by checking for residual O2 after the exhaust conversion. The aft two don't have any effect on fuel mixture, but with them ahead of the cat I'd expect the emissions control computer to be having fits and setting a CEL indicating you have bad a bad cat.
