ZHP Tire Size Help!!!!

I recently bought a set of the style 135 ZHP wheels for my 2003 bmw 325i. I noticed a lot of people have different tire sizes for the front and back but I was thinking of just getting 225/45/18 for all fours. what is the point of rocking 225/40/18 in the front and 255/40/18 in the back? I noticed alot of people do this.

A lot of people run those sizes because this is the tire size BMW specified for those wheels.

I would not recommend running the same size tire on all 4 of these wheels. You have to keep in mind that the front wheels are 18x8 and the rear wheels are 18x8.5. If you want to run a skinny 225 on all 4 corners, perhaps you can trade your back wheels for someone else's front wheels. Shouldn't have too much trouble finding someone who wants your back wheels so they can run 18x8.5 with 255s all around.
