Wheel fit question? 18" M Parallels from E38 to fit on a E39

I can across a good deal on some 18" M Parallels from E38, 1996 740il.

18"x8" fronts offset ET 13, 18"x9.5" rears offset ET 25.

Will these fit on my 1998 528i E39?

Hub same? Offset ok?
Planing on getting 245/40/18 front, 275/35/18 rear. Can a 245 tire fit on a 9.5" rim? Thanks

Hub size is different. You would have to get them bored out to 74.1.

Offsets fit on my E36 with a moderate roll. So they should be fine on an E39 with the right tire size. As far as I know, 245s fit on 9.5 rims.
