yeahhhh.. I'd consider it if not for the garage full of turbo parts and the price.
Want to sell just the front seats? lol

Not to bash this thread but, the leather seats like the one pictured are exactly the same as all other e34's, that's not an m5 specific interior.

I just want two front sport seats without paying through the arse :(

Yes this is a bit steep, even for the condition.
Успех с продажбата колега :)

Exactly, for 2400, that's really ridicolous. You can probably buy a teared up interior and get it all redone in 100% new condition for less(?)
If it'd be an m5 specific interior, i could see what the price is all about, but it's not..

Its got front sport seats which only came on m5's and the 95 540/6's. The rears just have headrests.

You sure? Sport seats wasn't an option on all e34's in the US?
Doesn't seem that uncommon that folks here has sport seats :) Though i'm used to the euro market and sport seats was the option if you didn't want the comfort seats.. The rear seat is usually bucket type on almost all e34 m5 sedans, so that's why i'm pretty sure it's not an m5-specific interior, if you see where i'm getting at! Headrests or not.. the price is not right imho!

Im sure it was an option for more money from the dealer but no, sports seat didn't come standard. Same with rear headrests. The only US e34 that got rear headrests that wasn't an m5 was the olympic edition cars. Over hear rear buckets on an m5 are rare as well. Agree though, the price is excessive for a us market, but everything is only worth what someone is willing to pay

Seller has a history of severely overpricing items. Buyer beware.
Belongs in E34 Classifieds, anyway.

I would slightly disagree. I think AquilaBMW can vouch for the seller. I remember he got a pretty good deal on Front, Rear Mtech Bumpers, headlights and other bits.
But lets leave this to a prospective buyer to negotiate the price. :buttrock

Bash all you want, but it's going to be worth it to somebody. Think about how much it would cost to completely reupholster a set of sport seats with genuine leather. It might not be worth the money for some of our imperfect E34s that cost about the same, but there's a guy on here somewhere with a beautiful E34 and a lot of money and in need of seats.
That said, wrong forum.

No one was bashing you. There was a discussion of what models have what seats, the mention of price, and advertising in the classifieds instead.

Nope, I was bashing.
Wait—hang on; let me check.
Yep, definitely bashing.
In any case, as has been said, wrong subforum.

How much for just the front seats? Idk if anyone cares about the carpet or parking boot. Maybe if this was a complete interior w cluster, steering wheel, shift boot, door panels and trim then it might be worth it..
And yes it would be cheaper to find a trashed set and have them reupholstered.

Just FYI - you can pick up Euro M5 (M5 specific interiors - aka cloth M-sport inserts, etc.) for both saloons and tourings on eBay from high-feedback reputable sellers for less than half of this price.
For example:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230538776811&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_755wt_905
$1000 US for a Touring M5 interior. Would be about 5000X rarer than that interior in the US.
I have links to others, but let's just say I'm watching those. ;)
