Problems with your new 5?

Not much traffic in this forum, but I have read in other F10 forums that many people have had (or are still having) problems with the cars pulling to the right (in USA market). Makes me wonder how prevalent this is.

In regular mode I have the hesitation/lurching thing, but it drives straight and smooth. It goes away in sport mode.

Hesitation and lurching when starting the car and moving off in normal mode as well here.

Mine was pulling to the right, had a reprogram done and seems to drive good now.
