Would you mount tires on this SSR comp wheel with a small dent?

Bought wheels from a member on this forum that described the set as like new with no dents. I paid him, he then took the tires off the wheel and the tech told him there was a small bend in the wheel. He said it still balances fine and there was no way to know without spinning it on the machine. Conveniently he had already paid a debt with my money when I told him I didn't want to deal with them and wanted my money back. I asked for pictures and he didn't send any because it's to small to tell. He kicked back a small percent of the total and I agreed to send them here. I took pictures tonight when they arrived with my crappy phone and I can see the dent. Is this acceptable to ride on or should I get my money back for them?

If they were mine, I wouldn't really worry about it. I've ran on bends far worse than that. Ask for a small refund, since they're not 100% as advertised.
