My paint project is moving right along and I'm ready to prep the bumper. Other than sanding is there anything special to do for prep? Can I use the same Epoxy Primer and Base/clear on the bumper that I'll use on the car?
This is an undamaged bumper.

If you sand down to the bare plastic, you will need to use adhesion promoter prior to spraying epoxy primer. If the paint is perfect just sand and spray epoxy over it.
And yes, you can use the same material you use for the rest of the car, use a plastic prep/cleaner to eliminate the static charge.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm just redoing the existing paint on the bumper so I'll just prime it and paint it. I have a can of plastic prep that I'll use too before I prime it. Its a solvent base that's designed to get rid of any wax etc.

Not sure what "plastic prep" you have, but what you need to clean it with is wax & grease remover.
As said, if you don't sand through the paint you can epoxy prime & shoot the paint right over it. I use PPG (DP) epoxy primer: others have given me trouble.
