I have a really annoying noise that I can hear coming from the passengers footwell. It sound like a small bird that screams in short bursts, then pauses for 2-3 sec. I've ben in both the left and right footwell, but I could not find anything rattling or sounding.
Starting to think it's somewhere in the middle of the HVAC unit or behind the dash.
You guys ever experienced a sound like this?

I can absolutely recall that i've read about this problem several times and that it's been covered in here, try searching for it!
Think it has to do with the fan (not the fan itself) but something that controls it IIRC.

I'm not a troll, search my previous posts if you don't believe me.
There's no bird stuck in the footwell, but it's a really high pitch metallic noise coming and going when going over bumps and similar. It's there even if I turn the fan to 0, which should stop the temp fan, right?

Is there a small fan in your e-box under the hood on paasenger side. That might be the issue?

Maybe, but I can't hear the noise when the ignition is on, only when driving.
