Bad seat piping

2010 335iXdrive seat piping(dealer calls it the landing zone) is peeling off or has heavy wear showing. My car has 14500 miles and has been repaired once. My old Grand Prix took about 80000 miles and 6 years to do the same. Anyone else have this? Thank you:help

Mine is starting to do it, but then again my car is almost 6 years old and has 107,000 miles. Your warranty should cover this: when mine was still under CPO coverage the paint on the gray door handles was peeling like crazy, and they redid it. So they should fix the seat piping. Some materials used on E90 interiors are of very low quality, although these were usually confined to the earlier models.
