can you fill me in on what this is? i assume it is a replacement dash unit with aux ports of the ipod or other? or is the unit sirius ready? if i still have to plug in a sirius unit, then id rather get the dice unit that goes in the truck and uses the factory stereo controls. sorry i am not better informed on this. like i said before, i have just started to try and get this issue solved.

this unit replaces the cd/tape portion of your radio. The control unit stays the same. It has the hardware to run the sirius box, and the option to plug and control an aux cable or the ipod controller. You would still have to plug in the sirius unit.

is this sale for the CD unit only (top half), or does it include the MID/Radio portions also (bottom half... dead pixils?)? If both, I'm interested and somewhat local.
