I'm for some reason really pushing against the idea of putting power tools to my car even though the paint isn't in that sexy of condition.

I have some pretty substantial swirling throughout the car...

I was planning on applying in this order:

1. Wash
2. Meg's Clay Bar
3. 3D-HD UNO Polish
4. Meg's Gold-Class Liquid Wax

What is my best application means?

If anyone has a shop in the Omaha area that does great detailing for a reasonable price, I'd be interested in that too.

I want to get my paint lookin purdy again.

If your nervous to use a polisher you can practice on a car that is not as important to you. What state is are you in? Your steps seem fine. I would not polish by hand. I think it is a waste of time when polishing the whole car. I would skip the hand polish if you were planning that and just go straight to the wax.
