Help!

I just got a sporty shorty. 99600 mi.

Symptoms.

-Mechanical
No power above 2K rpm
Idle steady at 800 rpm (no dips or hesitation)
Spraying oil (I think) behind the engine bay along with the hiss
Temp gauge fluctuate between middle and 3/4 of the way
White exhaust smoke at start up and little smoke while WOT
Knocking sound (like a diesel)
Fan clutch sounds like a jet plane
Multiple random misfire
auxiliary malfunction
Engine FailSafe Prog came on

-Electrical
No horn
No indicator dash light
No high beam dash light
Fasten Seat belt on all the time
Cant check OBC since its stuck on fasten seat belt
Memory seat doesn't work

The car runs and start with no problem. No hesitation or hick ups. Only above problem is my issue above. Any ideas?

Well at least part of it sounds like OSV.:confused

Well if the fan sounds like a jet airplane then it sounds like you need a new fan clutch and you should get one immediately. You really don't want your fan blowing up on you or you will have a lot more problems then you currently have.

You may also want to check your battery and alternator. It would seem to me that some of your problems may be related to low voltage.

Is it possible that you could post a video of the car so that we can hear the sounds it is making?

For one u are not running on all cylinders, most likey bad valve cover that is leaking oil in the spark plug well and messed up a coil or two.. What kind of oil r u running, weight? I am in simi valley if u need help call me 805 433 5180

I'm not sure what oil. Just got the car. Now there is steam coming out of the OSV and white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Thinking of getting it towed.

What is the history of the car? Anything the previous owner has told you? If the car overheated before, you may be looking at some serious repairs.

Towed were? Pull a plug an see what it looks like..

Sounds just fine to me, change the OSV ( use the 10 min swap in the DIY section) then unplug the MAF start the car and drive it to see if that fixes the problems.

Have any codes?

The codes are just misfires and some auxiliary malfunction but these codes are pulled from a regular OBD II scanner since most shops are closed on Sunday.

how much did you pay for her? did you calculate how much you would put in to her before getting her in normal running condition ?! ... just wondering!!
