My son tapped me on the shoulder a couple weeks back, and handed me the reading light cover from the rear seat in my touring. 3 of the tabs are gone, and I can't get it to stay in place.
There are virtually no used touring parts available in the US... we just didn't get that many. The 2 or 3 folks selling on Ebay.uk either won't ship here or want to charge almost as much as dealer for new. Dealer wants waaaay too much.
If anyone happens to have a parts car or access to a good breaker, I'd happily pay you to get it and sent it over here (or ideally walk outside and pop it off your parts car).
Grey is the color, and the car has an 11/99 production date (if it matters). Hey and if you have a tilting/sliding armrest base too... :D
I don't know if there's anything from over here someone would want, but if there is let me know and I'll retrieve it if i can. There aren't as many bmws in the yards here but I do enjoy a good hunt.
