What are these called?

I wanna replace this one, I'm not sure what happened to it. Has anyone replace them before? Thanks a lot....

I don't know what it's called, but I had mine replaced as one of the 'clips' broke and it was hangin' free. Replaced by the dealer under warranty. Sorry I'm not much help...but I know my dealer is able to do it.

Harsh chemicals, high pressure car wash, scarping, etc are all causes for peeling.

Roof molding. I have the same problem. Had a body shop spray paint it for me without removing. It started to peel again. The body guy said it's replacement due to corrosion. Seen some people removing them, draping the paint off and repainting but I m just lazy...
