I have a 07 328i tried to get in via remote control but doors wouldnt open. I manage to find the passenger side door open went in and tried opening it with the botton on the dash....didnt even blink.
I found out that one my fuse was blown after looking around on the internet. Replaced it but now I have one more problem, all the doors close and open with remote except for the driver door. This door only closes with the remote but will not open when I hit the botton I have to be opening it manually with the key. This is so wierd because I dont know what else to do. Anyone had this problem and how can I fix this as Im sure this is just a setting problem.

I'm confused here, are you talking about the power locks? If so sounds like a lock actuator went out. If it's under warranty take it to the dealer, if not, purchase the part and do a DIY. The actuator is the little motor that pops the lock up when you hit the button. If the fuse was blown what probably happened is the actuator seized up and popped the fuse when drying to pull to many amps to activate itself.

Yes Im talking about the power lock, but the thing is all the doors lock when I get out the car and lock it with th remote but when its time for me to get back in the other 3 doors open except the driver's door. I have to open it manually with the key to get in and when I drive off all the doors lock automatically except the drivers door. The botton on the dash locks all the door, but only opens all door except the drivers door so thats why Im saying its wierd.

It can still be the actuator. It's only functioning in one direction.

My 06 330 is doing the same thing on the driver side, dealer has it for $130. Anywhere else that can be cheaper?

Had very similar problems with my '08 328i sedan. It is a known problem for that time frame. According to the dealer, they are instructed by a service bulletin to replace the fuse with a larger one due to the actuators drawing too much amperage. He then 'claims' to BMW the fuse still blows and gets authorization to change the front actuators... At least, that's how my ordeal went.

So, the up and down motion of the actuator is controlled by different circuits, requiring separate fuses?
