Codes codes..and umm codes? Help 01 740il (VA)

Hey its the 2001 highline from va so my car was hessitating when i accelerated and has been getting worst. Its slow to kick into gears or gets stuck til i ease of the gas and without fail it misfires on cold starts..I had my trans flushed oil changed ...i hate it so checked the codes i got 412,139,and 138 so to start ima change the rear o2 sensor spark plugs and valve seals any other suggestions?

I need to know if i should purchase up stream or downstream o2 sensor

Those codes have zeros in front right?If so, then

P0412-Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve A Circuit Malfunction
P0138 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1)
P0139 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1)

The last two are for your post cat oxygen sensor on the passenger side(Bank 1)

P0412, well could be your air pump, or a few other things.

Ima change my o2 sensor tommorow ...idk what to change for the other code

Update i changed my o2 sensor but i think i did it on the wrong side i changed the post on the driver side. It kinda improved..but im still getn high rpms wen i accelerate quickly...i do have that 412 code...when i idle n rev. i do hear a misfire..so wen i change the valves..ima do the sparks...any feedback?
