I've got a 265 in good shape that's in my Sunday driver E24. New seals and fluid - no leaks or noises. Tiny bit notchy until it warms up, then it's quite smooth. Not sure of mileage - I bought it to replace a worn out 260. I'm pulling the E24 drivetrain to go M60/6-spd. It's in the car at the moment if you get to Atlanta and would like to drive it. Would ask $450 plus shipping cost - will package free. PM me if interested.
