Good deal on an '06 325xi?

Hello all,
I am looking to purchase my first BMW and was curious if the car I am looking at is a good deal. Its a white 2006 325xi with 60k miles. Automatic, leather, power everything. CPO warranty until 2012. The dealer is asking $16,995 but I am looking to offer around $15,000 - $15,500 out the door for it. I've compared it to others around and the price seems to be fair. Just wanting some opinions on the price and also if there is anything I should look for specifically when test driving or inspecting.

it all depends on the market in your area, cars value changeds from location to location. I know in my area car dealers do not drop 2-2.5K off the asking price, most times its 1,500+tax and other bs.

I just bought a 330i with 32K miles for 18,800.

Appears to be a good deal in my area since they are listed between $17.9K and $19.9K and are not CPO. Good luck.

Well...I called this morning and they sold it last night :( I did find a 330xi a state over that is tugging at my wallet...so fingers crossed!
