My winter beater? Of course I like it! What's not to like? It takes abuse and doesn't complain. And the driving expeirence, well...

Ok, you're right... I don't like it. :D I need another M3!

But I will keep the beater until it dies.

It's a Saab. It was dead as soon as it left the factory. ;)

Could you e-mail me the dyno/compression numbers? I'm assuming Nimble hasn't purchased the car already. Also, could you give me your phone number so I can give you a call?

michael_maigret@yahoo.com

Thanks!
Mike

Sathy,

good to have seen you today. congratulations once again on the baby! sad to see one of the only enthusiasts (from bf.c) around the nola area leaving (in body not spirit lol)

anyone who is LUCKY enough to get this car at the "STEAL" of a price he is offering is one lucky bastard. this car is beautiful and in absolute pristine condition.

hey Sathy, like i said earlier.. think about the S4. great car and a little bigger. i forgot to ask if you were still looking for the Tahoe. well are you? let me know so i can help you out!

later,
Jayson

thats goot to hear :) anything else you can add about the car?

Sathy, waiting to hear back about what "modifications" have to be made for importing. should know sunday, and the bonded shippers are getting back to me monday, but sounds like 70 cents USD per mile over the 2000 miles or so = 3400 for shipping, seeing if I can get a better price to get out of driving it that far.

Well, the guy I had to talk to didnt show up to work.... So I gotta wait till tomorrow.

You wouldnt happen to know a cheap way to get the car up here do you?
Even like close to the boarder around Coutts?

It would be nice to get it up on rail... but I'm having a hard time finding a switch that comes up here.

Also, not sure if I asked this yet, but how much tread is on the tires? and what size are they? (gotta find me some winters in the same size)

And more of a curiosity question, but how far off the ground is the front bumper? looks about the 5-6" that my camaro was.

I'm still interested in the car Sathy.

You have about 4 1/2" of clearance up front. The rims are 17 X 7.5 in front and 17 X 8.5 in rear. Tires are 225/45/17 in front and 245/40/17 in rear.

well, I'll give you a bump

I dont know if I was next in line or not, but I'm not going to be able to, as its going to cost ~2000 for it to be compliant, they want me to get BMW to change the shocks (read $$$) and then they want to run it into a wall with a 50/50 offset at5mph and make sure that the airbags wont go off. then I have to have it repared.

Good luck, its a nice car forsure
