Windshield washer warning

My light keeps coming on after only using my wipers like two to three times. Is this normal? I keep having to refill my fluid like every few months.

You should check for any leaks. Do you notice any drips/puddles inside our outside the car? You could have a hole in your lines.

The reservoirs are pretty large and will last for a good stretch if you take it easy on the headlight spray.

It may just be a quirk on my car, but I find that if I try to top up the fluid too fast, it'll spill over and will appear as full when in actuality it is closer to empty. If you haven't tried already, try doing a slow pour to see if maybe your car does the same thing. Even when it looks like the fluid is near the top, just keep pouring slowly until it actually overflows.
