I put an ANSA exhaust on mine. Nice and throaty, but not too loud. It's aluminum, and MUCH lighter than stock. As far as price goes, it's on the less expensive side of the others out there... which was a big factor in my decision to purchase and install.

I am completely satisfied with it. Even has OEM mounting locations and heatshield mounts!

I have heard some pretty awesome sounding super sprint exhausts, if I were to get anything I would put on a supersprint muffler. I don't know what they cost though.

i found some of the ansa and the super sprints for around the same price. 250-3

If you just want something inexpensive to put on then what's wrong with a used M3 exhaust. You can pick one up for less than $200 for just the exhaust. It sounds nice unless you're looking for something louder.

Don't rule out magna flo.

magnaflow wants like 7. i think id rather get a new one for a couple bucks more then a used m3 exhaust. i was just thinking about getting the muffler part and not the catalytic converter

I see used M3 exhaust (no mid pipe) on craigslist all the time for $150-200 but I can appreciate wanting new.

Used mid pipes are usually a lot more than the exhaust because of the Platinum in the cats. People are buying them and trading them in for the scrap value in the platinum. $250 isn't unusual for a decent set of midpipes around here.

I just straight piped my exhaust. This about to become a toy car though so I don't care about how loud it is. Take it to a custom shop and see what they would want for a good setup tailored to what you want.

+1 for the custom exhaust. I had a complete system done for my civic back in the day with full 2.25" mandrel bent piping and a magnaflow muffler for somewhere around $300. Sounded great for a civic, not much louder than stock, no fart cans for me ;) I'm considering getting one built for my 318... if I can't find a stock one before my patience runs out.

Perfect timing... I've got two of our System*U exhausts with DTM tips that have minor shipping damage (slight dents in tips, easily repairable) that we're looking to blow out: $450 plus shipping.

Full warranty on the items except for cosmetic damage.

Please call if interested - first come, first served.
