ASKING PRICE IS $700.00

OR

Hello e39 members. After long debate about 18" staggered wheels and tire sizes (not for my long driving commute and conditions), I'm looking to trade my full set of OEM 18" staggered Style 65 M5 wheels (without tires) for a full set, good condition of either Style 66 or 81 OEM 17" wheels with good tires.

It will be a straight up trade since I don't have tires and they are M5 wheels but your wheels have to be in very good condition, straight, true, minimal curb rash, etc, and tires must have a good amount of even tread left as well.

I am located in San Jose but am open to all of the Bay Area only since this is a trade.

Wheels and condition:
M5 OEM Style #65 wheels for trade
18" staggered, 18x8(front) and 18x9.5(rear)
All straight and true, no bends
M badges intact
Came off a 2000 M5. Wheels are 11 years old and shows little signs of wear. Overall I would rate the whole set 8.5/10.
All wheels are in its own box, I have center caps and original black lugs if needed.

Driver front:
Some curb rash and a little flake chip on the lip barely noticeable. I would rate it 7/10. This is the worst rim out of all, but not even noticeable.

Driver rear:
No curb rash, just a few paint chips here and there, again hardly noticeable.
I rate this rim 8.5/10

Passenger front:
One little paint chip, 9.5/10

Passenger rear:
Has some curb rash in 2 different places about less than half an inch, one little paint chip and a flake on the lip.
I rate this rim 7.5/10

More pictures to come once I get my camera back, meanwhile here is a pic of all 4 from my phones camera.

Thanks for your interest rallyr07, but I'm going to pass on the style 32's. However, I don't think I'm going to find what I'm looking for anytime soon so I'm going to put the wheels up for sale.

My asking price is $850.00

Again, I would rate the entire set a 8.5/10. All are boxed up individually with center caps, and original lugs.

Local Only.

I'll try to post detailed pics as soon as I get my camera back, but for now please refer to the individual descriptions posted.

Thanks.

My asking price included the shipping that I paid for the set. I was just trying to get back what I paid for them. Now, I am willing to eat the shipping costs and my new asking price is $775.00

Thanks for the pics

It looks like the wheels were resprayed silver at some point, can you confirm or deny that? (I don’t see any of the OEM Chrome Shadow look to the wheels, and the sides of the spokes seem to show they were sprayed silver from one side…?)

Is there a reason you have not cleaned them up for selling them? Its hard to see what is a blemish and what is dirt/brake dust?

Thanks for your time!

They are OEM Chrome Shadow Finish. They never have been resprayed. I took the pics in my home with lights on in the day and blinds open so the lighting might be weird. And as far as cleaning them, I just haven't had the time. If you're local, you're more than welcome to come check them out.

Sale of the wheels are currently pending, but if it doesn't go through, I'll let you know. how bad is the curb rash and are they on all 4 wheels? also, are they staggered? thanks.

I will jump in line if you don't have one of the 2 prior offers go through - willing to buy if you will ship to Minnesota. Bent a rim and looking to start a winter set.
