Hello, after a screw up on my part, I was forced to update my E90 to the latest packages that are with SSS V32, I am using Dracon's Image wich worked flawlessly until now, I was able to update all the modules but one, the BO module, when it gets to that step (the last one) it tells me i need to disconnect my OPS interface and connect the most interface, i just click continue and the update turns red, it still continues on and encodes the remaining of the vehicule, but since i don't have the last version of the firmware on all the modules, i can't access the ckm,
I do use the interface selector that comes with the vmware image
Help is greatly appreciated
Thank you

I may end up in the same boat as you as I will have to update all my modules to v32 (2008, I think my modules are 12/2006 right now). I'm waiting for my power supply before I begin to update through SSS. I think all my modules will need to be updated, like 12 modules or so. How many modules did you update? How long did it take? Did it allow the update to the modules except BO, or did it not allow the update because it couldn't update BO? Reason I ask is that it won't let me add options (Sirius, xenons) without updating modules so even if I can update all but BO, I may not be able to retrofit sirius and xenons (I can do it through ncs, but want to try SSS). Thanks!

You might need to try updating the BO (which is the MASK/CCC) using WinKFP and see if that works. I'm really curious as to why it's giving you that message, but programmed all the other modules without any issues. Were any of the other modules on the MOST bus?
Blood30 here on the board wrote a post on how to do this with WinKFP. You can get the ZUSB number WinKFP wants from Progman (it's the software number progman wants to update to). If you have E90's with the CCC it's probably 9185623.
Once you update the BO with WinKFP, you can go back into Progman and it won't ask about updating anymore and take you straight through.

12 out of 13
They all worked, but when it gets to the BO module it asks you to disconnect interface and insert MOST interface and press continue,
It tells you 74 minutes, the BO module alone is 27 minutes, but since it did'nt do it, it went faster, I was able to update all the rest and they got encoded, i was able to retrofit the dwa, there's a trick for it to still let you retrofit SOME modules, i clicked retrofit, change retrofit again and they appeared, AGAIN, it will tell you BO need to be updated and is now looking for a procedurem click continue, let it fail, but it will retofit whatever you chose and encode the settings,
My issue is that i can't go into the ckm settings
Hope someone here can figure this one out

I think the BO might be a side effect of you not having your OEM radio installed in the car. The BO is the CCC/MASK unit.
Try updating in WinKFP, or see if you can talk to the CHOST module in NCS.

Since i don't have bluetooth, sirius or anything else except the professional radio, i doubt i have any other modules that uses the fiber channel, as for using the winkfp, any procedure ou there explaining this ?
Thanks for your help

I had an issue with my e46 where i couldn't access nothing at all because i was getting rad module missing, so once i re-installed my old radio back i was able to retrofit the alarm via sss and update that one, she working good with all the mods done via ncs, now it's my e90 that i breaking my head over
