I am thinking about selling my 1995 Mugello red m3. I am not sure weather or not I am going to sell it but I would like to see what I could get. The car has about 19,300 miles on it and is in immaculate condition. The exterior of the car is perfect except for a few rock chips on the front bumper and a couple scratches also on the front bumper. The rest of the car is unbelievably nice. The passenger seat looks like it has never been sat in and the drivers seat shows hardly any wear. It has O.Z. racing wheels that will be included with it. The car has an ACS strut bar along with an ACS roof spoiler and I believe it also has ACS springs. Please either post your offers or PM them to me. The car is Mugello red which is very rare. I believe there were about 400 of them made. I don’t want any offers under 20k. I am looking to get about 25k for it. Please dont give me any crap for asking too high, for what it is that is a reasonable price.
I have attached some pictures below and for more go to http://nickscoolcars.com/mym3.htm

Very nice car man.
nice car man, but no offense your not going to get 25k for it..... i remember when you bought the car like 8 months ago for under 20k..... theres been similar examples of 95 m3's with similar low mileage and they've gone for 20k.....

I can't believe you're selling that car, Nick. You worked damn hard to get that car, and have you even driven it? Why are you selling?

i am not sure i am going to sell it this is more of a feeler but if i sold it i would get another m3 with higher miles that i would be ok with driving rain and stuff or i might just start driving this one...

well nick... i think that could be said about everyone on this board.... everyone, no matter how attached they are to their car woudl sell it in a blink of an eye for the "right price"...... a price you would be dumb not to take.

Does it seriously matter if you drive a 20k mile car in the rain over a 70k mile car? Really... it's more trouble selling and buying a new car than just keeping the really nice one of you've got!

Yes, I would personally not drive that car in harsh weather. It's a gem, would you want to be the one to ruin that car? I think not!
I have absolutely no problem with letting a NICE car, keep nice.

Get Mercedes Benz 300D. A nice one costs about 1200bucks, and they are cheap as hell to insure. Baby the M3, and have the beater merc for cruising and pimping. Gets good mileage, runs on diesel (cheap), and lasts forever.
That's what I would do. Keep that car. Its sexy and haut as hell.

Wow, very nice. How different is this red from HellRot red?
I'd personally keep that car. Talk about some low miles.

Dang. Very nice car. If I had an M, there is no way it would have such low miles. I'd just have to drive it. Good luck with the sale. I'm sure if you wait, there will be someone that'll pay the price for the car.

whoa.
i thought my 92 318is was hellrot, but it could fairly easily be "mugello" it looks MUCH more like that than hellrot in pictures.
Hmm... what's the easiest way to tell?

I believe the front grills came like that on some early models. Pretty sure that rear diffuser was color matched by an owner of the car, dont think that was ever like that from the factory!

In 95 the front mesh in the bumper cover was color matched to the car, the diffuser has been painted by someone as they all came in black.
Has this car ever been painted? Seems odd they would just get the diffuser painted. I would assume the whole rear bumper cover had been sprayed.

The next logical question is has this car ever been in an accident?

Why would you make that assumption??? I painted my diffuser and front lip spoiler cosmos black. Didn't touch the bumpers though... :dunno Maybe the owner simply like the color-matched look!

b/c it's more common for a bodyshop to do a poor job and spray the diffuser than it is for someone to have the diffuser sprayed. probably that and the owner seems to have no idea as to why it is painted, with the car having such little mileage, you'd think the owner would know from the previous owner, which brings me to another question:
apparently you're not the original owner. are you the 2nd owner of the car?

I've never heard of a body shop "accidentally" spraying the diffuser...:laugh I dunno bout you, but i think the contrast between the black diffuser and the red bumper is pretty obvious... The body shop, even a poor one, would prolly notice that too...:dunno
And as for the owner, perhaps he's just not as knowledgable an owner as some of the rest of us are. Cut the guy a little slack....

I am not the origional owner and are u guys sure the rear defuser didnt come that way? I think i have seen quite a few on ebay
///M3ryder NY

the rear diffuser absolutely did NOT come that way nick! What you've seen on ebay is a NOT so uncommon modification that many e36 M3 owners do.
