PowerSlot Rotors?

Is there any reason not to buy PowerSlot rotors for an E39 Touring? I'd love to get the cryogenic frozen PowerSlots if possible. I plan on running Akebono pads. I am using the Akebonos on my E34 Touring with Brembo rotors and have had great luck. I got >100K mi out of PowerSlot rotors on a Miata using Hawk (cryogenic) pads with NO issues. I'm not really interested in drilled rotors.

No experience with them on the BMW, but they were great on my Miata.. with Hawk pads as well. @ 60,000 miles with HARD autocross usage. I have Akebono pads on no-name rotors right now, very little dust.. although the rotors have these weird spots on them, unknown cause, doesn't seem to affect braking.
