what did I break?

I was changing the xenon bulbs and got the first one done no problem. WHen I was replacing the boot cover on the second, I heard a crack. Now the inside of the light moves within the housing. I swear I hardly put any pressure on it. What's broke? Adjusters? Is it fixable.

It's an '03.

Yep sounds like the adjuster. . I did the exact same thing to mine. The problem with the 03's is that the headlight is glued together with epoxy and it is extremely hard if not impossible to get open to repair . I never was able to repair mine and ended up buying a used OEM Hella headlight on fleebay.
