I've got a complete S54 with low miles and all the parts you need, and I have a complete S54 for (under) 4k shipped, but I don't have one that satisfies both requirements simultaneously. IIRC, you've been searching for this unicorn for a while. If you get more realistic about mileage for that price, or price for low miles, PM me!
