This was a '95 525i that was at the Pick n Pull near my office, so since I was spinning my wheels and couldn't concentrate I decide to head over and check out the 2 e34's and the e38 they had in their "running" lot. Maybe one would turn out to be a candidate for Rick.
This was a hellrot on tan value edition. Body in good shape, interior a bit rough. Then I pop the hood and pull the dipstick. Aha, that's why it's here. $1300? Pass.
The other e34 was an '89 M20 auto that should have just been back in the yard.
The e38 was also a roach, the interior was trashed, missing grill, faded paint, stank. Ew.
So, for anyone wondering what a blown head gasket looks like, there you go.
