OBC again

hi guys
another problem with the M3, I cant read whats on my OBC screen, I read a lot about that, everyone tell to change the bulbs on top.....I bought 2 of these and tried a lots of possibilities but it doesnt make it better

looks like the lcd is shot. bulbs wont help. imo i could be very wrong.
