I decided to take some photos today because of the nice weather and my gf got a new camera that I had yet to play with. I just added the brake ducts Monday and I am really happy with how they look. The E30 even snuck in there. gotta love how white cars don't show a ton of dirt. The lighting sucks, it looked better on the camera screen and I am a photo newb, so excuse that. lol. Next time I will make more of an effort! Sorry about the poor quality

Looks like same spot in signature :shifty
Just some advice on the pictures: It doesn't seem like you have adequate lighting, except for 5th picture and the first 2 e30 shots. Also, the height and angle of your shots stay consistent throughout, again besides the e30. Atleast in my experience, my best shots come from some odd angles. Just keep familiarizing yourself with the camera and your shots will get a lot better. Took me 2 months and about 1100 shots to really start to understand my camera to its fullest.
On the car. Beautiful. Love the wheels. Update your sig to show the staggered 65s. What size tires are you running?

Just some tips from a noob photog.
Always make sure the sun is behind you for normal pics. I know it's kinda hard when you are taking pics of the sunset, but try playing around with some of the camera options. I don't know what kind of camera it is, but if you use the standard portrait setting, it will focus the car, and slightly blur the background for a cool effect. There are a ton of different options to play with and experiment with. If it's a DSLR, there are even more cool options. New cameras are always fun !!
Super nice pics, one or two of them are calender worthy, and the brake ducts looks awesome. Maybe my next mod ...

Yeah, there were some where the lighting was better but they didn't look as cool. Photography is not in my expertise at all. lol, Thanks from the suggestions. I have to play around with it some more. It's actually kinda fun :)
tires, 235/40/18 in the front and 265/35/18 in the back

thanks for the tips. I was kinda trying to play around with the different features. From Auto, to Sunset, Dusk, Landscape etc. But I am a TOTAL photography newb. I was also wasn't trying to get to creative with the location and how I took them. But, next time I will. Again total photography newb. :helpI still don't own a camera! lol. The only time I used them was the throw-aways when I was fishing.

THanks! I definitely try.

Car is beautiful man. I wish mine would shine like that. As far as the 540 ducts, did you find the install as easy. I got a set I got to get around to putting in. I've read the DIY. Any tips you have? Did you remove the bumper or leave it on? Thanks

Nice drop, wheels and car. The only thing I don't like is the lack of contrast at the front, I really like the back end but I think chrome grilles will set it off ?

I agree. I think chrome kidneys would help with the contrast on the front end. Maybe even *gasp* amber indicators?

thanks! It wasn't too bad. I left the bumper on. There is no reason to take the bumper off. And as far as cuts go, try to follow the pic from the write-up and don't cut off the part that the plate next to the fog light latches onto. The author of the write-up did it the best way, his friend who cut more might have had problems getting the plate to stay in correctly. Also getting the projector fog in on the passenger side is a major pita with the duct there.

thanks. Yeah I have thought about that. It may be going back to chrome soon.

nay on the amber. lol. I may do the chrome on the kidneys though.

Car looks great Darren. Next time, get a tripod and run a longer exposure or smaller f-Stop to capture more light.
I would suggest flash when shooting into the sun as well.
I like the ducts and the stance looks very, mucho, bueno nice! When I put the 65's back on the car, I am going back to 265 / 35 as well... or if I get possessed again, maybe 275 / 35... :dunno
I tweaked one picture for ya... hope it looks good:

thanks! I like yours! lol. I need to find some shots of a narrow grill E34 with the smoked hellas with the chrome kidney rings. I smoked mine the same time I did the smoked hellas so I have no idea what they look like with the chrome

thanks michael. I have no idea what an F-stop is. lol. I need to get more into photography.
There were some photos that showed the car better, but they didn't look as "cool". Also, I wasn't very creative in the angles I took them. I was stopped in the middle of the road and wasn't entirely comfortable taking to long.

Looks great! Smoked tails and brake ducts... I am jealous.
Looks like your tailpipes are hanging a tad low... wouldn't want you to lose your exhaust system.
You can see by my sig I had that problem. All new hangers now and my tail is high and tight. ROFL.

thanks! And yeah they are a tad low. But its not going anywhere, believe me with the driveway I have, if that didn't kill it not much else will. lol. And I can't do anything about that because that Eisenmann muffler is off an E36. I got it for $250 and was determined to make it fit. lol. It actually fits decent enough all things considered. Beats 1k for the e34 one.

thanks! I only claim responsibility for the e34. I bought the e30 from LouieD just like that and wouldn't change a thing about it.
