I hate to keep posting new threads, and I hope that I'm not becoming annoying in that aspect, but I've done a lot of searching today and can't find what I'm looking for.... I also don't have friends with e34's to where I can just pop the hood of their cars and compare.
I am looking for detailed shots of the engine bay... particularly close ups of the passenger side of the firewall.
I just havent been very confident with the way some of these things are going back together.

There's not much going on in that corner of the engine bay. What are you looking for specifically? I have plenty of photos, just don't know which ones to post for you.

There are 2 black wires coming off the harness, I can't seem to see where they ground... or even IF they ground.

I don't recall any wires on the passenger side firewall. There is a wire for the compressor clutch on the right front frame rail. Other than that I don't remember having anything else. There is a ground strap from the chassis to the right engine mount. Make sure that is clean and tight. Typically black does not mean ground in BMW speak. They use brown for ground.

LOL....PD we posted at the same time. Yours is better for over all position on the firewall. I actually went down to the garage and snapped the photo just now.
