Anyone help me with a link to download ncsexpert.

I already have edibas and inpa installed and comminucates with my e46, but not with my e70.

also how to install ncsexpert would be great

i tried one version but i get a 16bit error when using it with windows xp (32-bit)

i get the folowing error:

16 bit widnows subsystem

c:\windows\system32\config.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose Çlose'to terminate the application

This sounds like you are running INPA v3.01/EDIABAS v6.4.3. Download the INPA v5.02/EDIABAS v6.4.7 update from here http://www.4shared.com/dir/ccW_Gr3x/Easy_GT.html (password is help) and install it using this guide http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showpost.php?p=21303730&postcount=8 . NCS is a program included in the INPA suite and can be installed during the upgrade.

managed to sort it, needed a config.nt file which I downloaded.

Will hold off on this until I get my e65 which which should be next week, and get another laptop as im currently using a netbook which has a bare windows xp OS installation.

The main thing I want to do is code is sa633 which is bluetooth, and remove the in-car phone option.
