So , since the O2 sensor is precatalytic converter can it be removed from the system without consequence?
Anyone been there , done that?

Other than the cat not being a performance hindrance, lots of states requiring them for passing emissions tests, and the fact that they actually do a good job of keeping the atmosphere clean, no. No major consequences. Why would you remove the cat?

mine has rust holes appearing in it, and would it allow for the engine to "exhaust easier "??
Not sure on that last part

A cat is not a major restriction, you're not going to pick up huge amounts of power deleting it. By rust holes do you mean it's leaking exhaust, or you can see rust holes in the heat shield around the car?

+1, make sure its not just the heat shield and u take out the cat when its not really the cat itself.

I searched and found out the cat takes out like 1ish hp... Just Saying

I need to take a closer look, i just thought the cat was toast, I'll investigate more
