Will 2006 745 rims fit on my 2006 325xi?

Will stock oem 2006 bmw 745i rims fit on my 2006 bmw 325xi? I know they have the same bolt pattern but what about the offset? If its different can I get away with them for a few months?

Oh and the tires are P245/45 ZR Nitto Tires for all four and they are new.

you WILL need hubcentric rings. Fender work will probably be needed. Not sure the trouble would be worth it.
