It's been a process, but thanks to forum members, the 328is is back on the road! Items fixed include:
valve cover gasket
new (used) valve cover
oil filter housing gasket
new oil pressure switch
flush power steering fluid
fix leaking p/s hoses from reservoir
new radiator
new overflow tank
new coolant sensor switch
new belts
replace bowden cable on passenger seat
new plastic cowl covering
additional rims/tires for winter
lots and lots of cleaning in the engine compartment....
Here's a pic of the car now with the winter rims and tires.

Thanks! Not my favorite, but $125 for all four, plus another $140 for four Blizzaks = good winter setup. Running style 30's for rest of year. Actually, my son gets to drive it (most of the time). I'm still driving a Porsche 944 for my DD. I will try to post pics for interior and engine soon. We're on the brink of a new snowstorm, so that will probably delay things a bit.:(
Any help with the in-line pictures?

+1 on the too cold. A lot of the work was done with temp. in the garage around 20f. Snow is coming down now, so won't be able to get the interior and engine pictures shot for a couple of days until the storm is over.:(

+1 on the unheated garage. Mine looks tacky, but with the 2" Styrofoam ceiling with 8" of batts above that and 3 1/2" in the walls, it rarely gets below freezing. A small kerosene heater takes most of the chill out. Car looks good, too bad after the blizzard it will be white from the salt for weeks, just like mine LOL. BTW, how hard was it to replace the bowden cable on the passenger seat? As far as the pics, try posting them on photobucket and linking from there. When you click the "insert image" icon on the toolbar it will give you a place to post the url. If I can figure it out anyone can.

Replacing the bowden cable wasn't too bad. I used old skool's diy's, but had to make allowances for the difference of later model seats. To get the seat back off, it is just taking out the two torx screws at the seat back bottom, removing the seat back latches and plastic guides and the headrest. When removing the plastic guides under the latches, be very careful not to break the mounting tabs. Use a flashlight to look and see, I used a thin screwdriver to insert in at the top and bottom to gently pry the tabs up to remove. Now that I have done it once, I could do another in probably 15 minutes or so. PM me if you do this and run into any problems.
As far as the inserting goes, I will try that when I post the pics of the interior.
