Anyone Stretch Federal Tires?

I'm gonna be running 215/40s on a 17x9" wheel. A local shop sells federal tires for dirt cheap. I'm curious if anyone has any experience with them?

I have 215/40s on my 17x8.5. Never had a problem. My buddy, Msilvia, is stretching 215/40's on 18x9 LMs

Federals stretch up really nice, should be no problem.
