What's up fellas? It's been a loooooooong minute since I been on here. Just wanted to check in and say hi again. As most of you know I was the guy with the drawings a while back, it seems like there's been a lot of people jumping on the drawing bandwagon lol.. Well I had not done any portraits of a BMW since august or so, but I started this one tonight it's a two canvas painting done with acrylics on canvas. It's a LSB E46 M3, I thought of BFC as soon as I started it, looking for some comments on what color I should do the background. Here's a pic of just the right side so far. Looking forward to getting into painting and possibly gonna start selling some work again for those interested. I been trying my hand at painting and I actually enjoy it very much.

also here are a few other pieces I have done recently.

18x24 acrylics/canvas

this one is actually for sale at the Ducati dealership here in Tampa for $750..
36x48 acrylics/canvas

And some colored pencil work I've done.

Anyway, it's nice to be back. I hope I'm still welcomed around here.

I like the m3, do you do this for a business or just for fun?

I remember when I first stumbled on one of your old drawing threads, stunning work. I would not be surprised if you did sketches or artwork for advertisement etc. Really extraordinary finesse and attention to detail in your work. As for the background, maybe some charcoal gray with some colours splashed around in it?

You should really consider selling some of these. Even if it's not your profession, I could definitely see you making some money with these.

Very nice work! I would love to get all of my past car photos transfered to acrylics/canvas. My photo's of each are losing their color. These paintings look amazing and would last forever!!

This same exact 18x24 I will sell for $250.. Framed BMW "prints" of the same size sell for almost that on fineartamerica, that's for a copy.

Like the new BMW commecials say "why buy a copy, when you can have the original" ;)

A friend of mine from college did the M Coupe paintings; Between my father and I, we ended up having him do like 20 or so paintings (mostly muscle cars) but he only worked in black/white, so the color of the M3 painting is refreshing
