My 5's just popped out. Splitting my RSs I had to use a heat gun and a block of wood and a hammer. Try heat just on the outside of the barrel, then work your way around on the mesh near the bolts with a 2x4 and a hammer, just small taps, but lots of them.

Drop it from a few feet onto hard packed dirt. Backside down, of course... the center will pop right out. You can throw it down with a little bit of force if it's really stubborn, but mine all separated first try. The key is that the ground must be hard packed; it doesn't work in grass. Obviously the ground is soft enough that it doesn't do damage to the wheel.

spray wd-40 around the face from the back side (where the face meets the barrel) and let sit for 10-15 min
Then flip it over and put carboard or folded towel on the ground and whack it with a rubber mallet starting in the center then criss cross pattern
Sometimes the clearcoat is stubborn, ive had the faces just fall out with a light tap, and sometimes I need to do described method....
