build my bbs rm's

Ok, so my car is a delphin grey e30. I have some BBS RMs in crappy shape. I called blackforrest industries in hopes of doing the following: gold bolts, Black barrels and black lips. I was also going to buy new 2.5" lips for rear and 1.5" up front, then get them coated black.

Now I can't cause they don't have enough gold bolts to get this done. They do have black bolts, so what do you guys think would be a good color scheme for these wheels, given my car color, etc? It can be a little bit loud. Thanks in advance.

I would stick to gold bolts. Ive done a couple all black sets with gold bolts, or chrome bolts and matching caps for people. They look real good. but black bolts, lips, and barrels.....I personally dont like they way that looks....doesnt stand out as much as a different color bolt

Ill check with blackforrest again to see if they have them in yet. Might be sometime before they get them...

my advice is don't coat the lips, you might want to sell your wheels someday
PC will crack/chip and look horrible

Coating the lips is my biggest hangup. I'm gonna get these nice shiny new lips, then paint over it. Makes me nervous.
