95' M3 Pressure Plate Issue?

I was thinking about getting a 95' M3 with a pressure plate issue. It has a new clutch master and a new slave cylinder. Apparently, the car runs fine when cold but, when the pressure plate gets hot, the gears tend to stick. Does anything think that the problem is actually the pressure plate? Or is it something else?

Yeah drive it listen for noise when engaging/disengaging clutch and shifting gears. Then take it apart? Hope for the best? Its hard to say ....

Even if it is is its cheap to replace and relitively easy. Hell even if you need another ZF tranny they can be had for 3-500. Change the tranny fluid first.
