19'' on 328XI = Stupid?

I have a very very basic 328XI coupe (07,E92, white,AT), and I want to change the 4 wheels and tires (17''). Surprisingly, on the official site, the cheapest set is the Star Spoke 199 wheels and tires (Bridgestone potenza re050a Run-Flats) set which costs $2100 in my area.

My questions are:

1, Is the price good?
2, Will I feel more bumpy in the car?
3, Will the car look more stupid...(the 328 AT is already stupid...)

Your ride quality will decrease drastically. You'll feel every bump in the road and the car will probably drift one way or the other depending on the crown of the road.
