Yeah, apparently he decided to back out of the deal with me after he made the commitment to buy. We even went so far as to set up a time to meet yesterday morning. Not cool and a waste of my time. Ever hear the story abour the boy who cries wolf.

GrifM3- i sent you an email saying I sincerely apologize for not calling and meeting you up in plano. I overslept and almost missed my flight that morning. I am still wanting to purchase it from you tonight or tommorow or whenever you are free after 6pm . I have cash in hand and have no problem meeting you up. I hope I did not upset you too much.
