I was about to change bulbs, but I broke the turn signal snap. Doh. I was trying to be careful. I did a search and saw people talk about a zip tie fix. Will this be fine if my signal can't even snap into place?

Also I have this drill and I'm not sure if it's good enough to do the job: http://www.amazon.com/Black-Decker-XD1200K-Cordless-5-Position/dp/B00006S7D0

Does anyone have a picture of where to drill exactly? I don't want to F this up even more haha.

I guess it depends on how much of the tab is left. All that tab does is snap onto the headlight housing, holding the corner light in. f you can figure out a way to secure it without the tab, that'll do. Or, you can just buy new corner lights, as the other old one is going to break soon too.

I've always used a heat gun to warm up the tabs to about 100F before I try to remove a corner light. (they can still break, they're old...)

Anyway, if there is enough of the tab left, drill a zip tie sized hole in it, then find a place to anchor the zip tie.
