One goes to brake booster/plugged in if brake booster line runs from PCV. But other goes behind front driver headlight and disappears.

Is that charcoal canister line? If I suspect that to be bad, can I plug it in and drive the car to test it out?

Theres 2 barbs on the front of the throttle body, or apparently one for the 7's, but anyway yes if your brake booster is at the pcv plate then the one at the throttle body is for the charcoal. Then therers just the FPR hose at the pcv plate, anything else can be capped off.

Yes you can unhook your charcoal canister and cap the barb at the throttle body to see if that is where there is a leak. Personally all three of my cars are running without the charcoal canister because I have never seen the point.

Yeah I know about other ones, if I plug simply unplug charcoal line and plug it with something else... it should be fine? What is the purpose of it then?

I read /somewhere/ that you should not do that because it delivers clean air or something into manifold?

you take off the hose on the throttle body and put a rubber cap over it. they sell an assorted box at auto parts stores.

the purpose is to take the fuel vapors from the gas take and run them through the charcoal canister to "clean" them, then the kinda fresh air goes back through the intake.

its an emissions thing, old cars did not have it, race cars do not have it, none of my cars do not have it. its like taking the valve cover breather and dumping it out instead of back into the intake.

the cleaner and colder the air into the intake manifold the better.

Did exactly that, re-routed line to the floor. :redspot
