All manual e36's and 95 M3's used part # 23 70 1 136 498

And the manual 96+ M3 used part #23 70 2 228 014


Not sure if part number was just changed or if there is a difference in design.

The NA variety of E36 5spd uses a different cross member than the ROTW.

Auto trans are different as well.
