can anyone tell me what size these are? I know they are style 32's i found this pic in an older thread but unsure on what size they are. Also what is up with the different fitment on these? Ive seen a couple of people selling them and listing e39 fitment, does that mean they wont fit e36?

Luke is right on with the sizes. The wheels on the E36 you posted are E38 fitment style 32s and have a 72.56mm hub bore. I just sold a set last week. E39 fitment are 18x9 et24 in the rear, 18x8 et20 front, and 74.1mm hub bore. Either will fit an E36 with the right tire sizes and possibly some fender rolling or added camber. They're an uncommon size... I won't say rare, but not always easy to find. I love them on an E36.

The picture you posted is of the member DrAK's car. You can search for his threads in the Rides and Styling section to see more pictures. This thread of his is my favorite:

He has 215/35/18 tires all around.

He has probably one of the nicest e36's ive seen, I really like the look of those but im not too big on running that narrow of a tire on that wide of a rim, im not too big a fan of the streched look. Im assuming a 235 or 245 / 35 / 18 in the rear with that kind of offset is impossible without serious fender modification? Are those 5's on your car kyle?

His front tire size is good. 215 on an 8 inch wheel is really no stretch at all. You could probably fit a wider tire on the rear, especially if you don't want to go as low. It will probably take more fender rolling though. I could see you getting a 235 to fit without too much fuss, and maybe even a 245.

Yes, I have style 5s on my car... well, not currently, but I do have them. I'm on style 35s with winter tires now. :tongue

cool, im in a toss up now between the 32's and csl's. I like the 5's too but finding them reasonably priced doesnt seem like its gonna happen anytime soon. car looks great btw.
