flush wheel offset on the e36

Does anyone know what is the lowest offset you can go on the e36 318is with an 18x8 wheel?
The car will have no fender mods. I would like to run 225/40 tires. This should keep the overall circumference within 3 percent of stock.

205/40/r18s and Et20 would work Slight stretch but not aggressive.
